Intimidated by sweaters because you aren’t sure how to seam them? Have you ever knit a lovely sweater that was marred by a not-so-perfect seaming job? Don’t let your fear of finishing hold you back! We’ll cover basic finishing skills that can make your hand-knit sweaters shine, as well as tips to make finishing easier and look seamless.

Materials Needed ~ Finishing School

• Homework swatches, blocked.
• Worsted weight yarn in a contrasting color to the swatches.
• Working needles in size appropriate to yarn (size 7 or 8 will work for most knitters).
• Tapestry needles and scissors.
