Terms and Conditions

All Holland America Line cruises are sold subject to the terms and conditions in the Holland America Line Cruise Contract that you will be issued prior to departure; a copy is also available for review on their web site and in the back of their brochure.

To secure a cruise booking, a per-person, per-cruise deposit must be paid within 5 days of reserving space on a particular sailing. Final payment is due no later than 75 days before departure. For bookings less than 75 days before departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Please also familiarize yourself with the Holland America Line cancellation policy and the cancellation fees which may be assessed. Holland America Line offers guests the opportunity to purchase either the Standard Cancellation Protection Plan or Platinum Cancellation Protection Plan. Payment for either plan, if desired, must be paid now with your deposit and is non-refundable. Cancellation Protection Plans are not offered for bookings with non-refundable fares.

Although Holland America Line seeks to verify the accuracy of information on this web site, mistakes may occur. Consequently, Holland America Line reserves the right to refuse or rescind any booking which Holland America Line concludes was made on the basis of erroneous or incorrect information on this web site (such as typographical errors or other mistakes as to the specified pricing).
