Reservations - All prices and class registrations are not guaranteed until deposit is received since both are based on availability.

Payments - All onboard educational fees are payable by check on the date the cruise line final payment is due. Make checks payable to Craft Cruises and mail to address on your invoice. Onboard educational fees are non-refundable once paid in full but are covered by travel insurance if purchased.

Cruise Fares - Prices quoted on this site include the cost of the cruise category selected, port charges, and the base onboard educational program fee. Certain classes may have addtional cost. Refer to the class program for additional cost. Fares exclude government fees, fuel surcharges and taxes imposed by the cruise line as these are subject to change until sailing. Prior to depositing you will be advised of these additional costs that are in effect at the time of booking. You will be advised of any changes to these charges prior to making final payment and entering into the cancellation penalty period. Prices also do not include items of a personal nature such as alcoholic beverages, shore excursions, gratuities and other onboard services. All prices quoted are per person based on the occupancy indicated.

Craft Cruises also reserves the right to replace instructors if circumstances occur that are beyond our control.

Price Guarantee - Craft Cruises reserves the right not to honor any published prices that it determines were erroneous due to human or printing errors. If cost factors dictate the need for fare increases, Craft Cruises and the cruise line may do so at any time prior to departure. Guests can cancel without penalty rather than accept the increase. This right does not apply to tax increases or fuel surcharges.

Passports - Passports are required for travel. Passports should be valid for six months beyond your return date. You are responsible for securing proper documentation and immunizations for the countries visited on your cruise or land tour.

Cruise Line Terms and Conditions - Please refer to the cruise line terms and conditions outlined in their e-brochure and on their website. Penalties for cancellation begin at final payment.
