Description ~ Top-Down Stranded Colorwork Pullover

Ready to cast on for a stranded colorwork sweater but not sure about sizing or where to start? In this 3-part workshop. This is a fabulous knitalong project for this cruise. With so many days at sea students can work at their own pace and get one-on-one assistance throughout the cruise.

Materials for Kelda Pullover:

• Little Fox Fennec (or equivalent worsted weight; 3.5 oz / 100 g ea approx. 218 yds / 199 m; 100% non-superwash merino) in Squirrel (MC, 4 (4, 5, 5, 6, 6, 6)7, 7, 7, 8, 8, 9 hanks), and Languid (CC, 1 (1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 2)2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2 hank(s).
• Small: Size US 4 (3.5 mm) 16"/40 cm and 32-40"/80-100 cm long circular needles and set of 4 or 5 DPNs for hem, cuffs and collar.
• Large: Size US 7 (4.5 mm) 16"/40 cm, 24"/60 cm and 32-40"/80-100 cm long circular needles and set of 4 or 5 DPNs or size needed to obtain gauge for yoke, body and sleeves.
• Tapestry needle.
• Smooth waste yarn for placing sleeve stitches on hold.
• Smooth worsted weight waste yarn for Tubular Cast On.
• Stitch marker for BOR (additional markers for denoting colorwork repeats; optional).
• Copy of Kelda Pullover Pattern included in class handout.

Homework ~ Top-Down Stranded Colorwork Pullover

Come with 6x6" (15 x15cm) blocked stockinette swatch in sweater yarn on larger needles worked flat.
