Craft Cruises™ Flight Search
When making your airline reservations for one of our cruises there are a few things to consider. Each cruise line determines flight guidelines for each cruise depending on distance to the airport and average lengths of time to clear customs and immigration. It is your responsibility to check with Craft Cruises before securing flights to obtain the flight guidelines for your cruise.
Craft Cruises generally recommends allowing extra time to get adjusted to new time zones and to allow time to explore the ports of embarkation and disembarkation, especially if there are any places of interest for crafters. Not only does this ensure getting to the ship in time but it gives time to enjoy the port of embarkation and is a more leisurely way to begin your cruise vacation.
Unless otherwise specified we recommend flying in 1-3 days before sailing and will recommend a hotel for the group. If, however, you plan to fly in the day the cruise departs we strongly suggest utilizing the cruise line air package to ensure you make it to the ship in time. If there are flight delays the cruise line air department will assist if you use their package. After the cruise we generally recommend using the cruise line transfer to the airport and scheduling an approved flight time on the day the cruise ends unless there is something of particular interest.
Craft Cruises can assist with booking flights as well as making recommendations for scheduling. We are here to not only help you secure the lowest airfare but also to ensure you get the most logistical schedule for your trip whether you purchase your ticket from us, using mileage or through some other source. Our goal is to help you plan a seamless trip from start to finish.
